Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items should remain unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at shop@purewooltextiles.com to receive authorization and instructions for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
